Get booked on Inns.PH, live
Inns.PH is the booking site for small inns across the Philippines. Any inn can list there, but with InnsPOS your listing takes bookings for real: travellers see the rooms you have free and book them on the spot.
Live rooms and prices
When a traveller searches a date, arrival time and length of stay, your listing shows the rooms that are actually free then, at your full price.
Booked and paid online
The Book button takes the guest to your own booking page with the room and time already chosen. They pay by card, Google Pay or GCash.
Straight onto your board
A paid booking lands in Reservations as a scheduled stay, and the guest gets a confirmation email. No typing it in, no double booking.
On Inns.PH straight away
Switch on online booking, fill in your listing on the Online Booking page and tick Show on Inns.PH. It appears at once, already taking bookings.
Without InnsPOS, an inn can still list on Inns.PH, but guests contact the inn to ask about rooms and book.

Where is my data kept?
In a single database file on your own machine. Reservations, guests and money never leave the property unless you switch on cloud backup, and those backups are encrypted and go to storage you control.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Nothing. The app runs on your own network, and the web app is installable, so a tablet keeps working through an outage. Only cloud backup and multi-location sync wait for the connection to return.
Do I need special hardware?
No. A single computer runs the whole inn. Add tablets or phones on the same network if you want the board in more hands, and plug in a receipt printer if you print.
Can I stop staff seeing certain pages?
Yes. An admin can switch a whole feature off for staff, and it disappears from their navigation on both the web and the desktop app. Admins keep everything, so a switch can always be undone.
What happens to my trial data when I buy?
It carries straight over. A license key binds to the inn you already set up, so the rooms, guests and ledger you built during the trial stay exactly as they are.
Can I move to another plan later?
Yes. Every plan has the same operating features, so moving up only adds cloud backup or multi-location sync. Enter the new key and the extra features appear.
Terms & Privacy
Please review the following terms before using InnsPOS.
Terms of Service
- InnsPOS is proprietary software licensed for private use by the purchasing inn. The license key grants non-transferable access to the software for the duration of the license period.
- The software may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or shared with third parties outside the licensed inn.
- License keys are time-limited and must be renewed before expiry to maintain access. Expired keys disable the software until renewal.
- The inn owner is responsible for all data entered into the system, including reservations, accounting records, and customer information.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
- All inn data (reservations, accounting, customer loyalty records, and settings) is stored locally on the inn's own machine in a SQLite database. No business data is transmitted to external servers.
- When you sign up for a free trial, the inn name and contact details you provide are stored on the license server solely to provision your trial and to contact the inn about its license.
- The license server receives only the inn's license key string and inn code for validation purposes. No guest or financial data is ever sent off-site.
- If cloud backup is enabled, backups are encrypted and stored on the inn's own configured cloud storage. The software provider does not have access to these backups.
- Customer loyalty information (name, email, phone) is optional and stored only on the inn's local machine. Guests may request deletion of their data from the inn directly.
- The software provider does not collect, track, or sell any personal data from inn operations.
Cookie Policy
- Session cookie (
innspos_user): Used only when you log in to the POS application. This cookie stores an encrypted, HMAC-signed session token to keep you authenticated. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you log out or close your browser. - Stays host cookie (
innspos_stays_host): Used only when an inn owner signs in to manage a listing on Inns.PH. It holds a random sign-in token, is sent only to the Stays host pages, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out. - No tracking cookies: This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
- No marketing cookies: We do not use cookies for marketing, retargeting, or profiling. Your theme preference and cookie notice dismissal are stored in your browser's local storage, not in cookies.
- The promotional pages of this site do not set any cookies. Cookies are only set when you actively log in to the POS application or sign in as a Stays host.
- You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting access to this promotional website. Disabling cookies will prevent login to the POS application and Stays host sign-in.
Disclaimer
- The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The software provider is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or financial damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
- Inn owners are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. While the software offers encrypted cloud backup features, backup reliability depends on the inn's configured cloud provider.
- Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice. Active licenses remain valid until their expiry date regardless of pricing changes.
